In her capacity as member of the prestigious Explorer’s Club, Hélène recently went on an expedition to the Okavango Delta to research the impact of light, light pollution, and the dark on the human psyche, both literally and metaphorically. She will discuss her insights from the trip in the context of her work with the light and dark aspects of the human psyche, including the following topics:

- Tools for working with the darkness in the psyche
