The Depth Work Group meets once every fortnight for 60 minutes in order to discuss life through the depth lens. The session is facilitated by Hélène Smit and is conducted on the Zoom platform.
Each session will start with a 15 minute introduction of a topic viewed through the depth lens. Thereafter the session will unfold into a depth conversation which will be facilitated to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to contribute and join the discussion. The conversation may move from the original topic if it unfolds that way. The conversation will be facilitated according to depth facilitation principles. All participants will be invited to contribute their thoughts, their feelings, their dilemmas and their questions. The sessions will run fortnightly (more or less depending on public holidays etc.) from 4pm to 5.00pm on a Monday afternoon, starting on the 18th May 2020.
The first 5 sessions are on the following dates:
18th May 2020 – Topic: Attachment, relationships and social distancing
1st June 2020 – Topic: Working with intuition
22nd June 2020 – Topic: A depth view of anger and aggression
6th July 2020 – Topic: A depth view of fear and anxiety
